''Grammia philipiana'' is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Ferguson in 1985. It is found from Wrangel Island west to Mackenzie Delta in the Northwest Territories and south to McKinley National Park in Alaska. The length of the forewings is 17 mm. The forewings are black dorsally with yellowish buff to pale whitish buff lines and bands. The hindwings are bright orange.
